I made French's Fried Onion Chicken last night after hearing princessbunny rave about it over and over, and I'm so glad I did. SO yummy!

I stuck Mia's dinner in the microwave earlier, pushed buttons, and the microwave wasn't working. I beat on it, cussed at it, and Ed came in to poke at it for me. He got it working just as I was about to melt into a puddle in the middle of the kitchen. The TV is off, Ed and Mia are both napping, and the only sounds I hear are the ceiling fan and the dryer running. It's amazing how much I treasure quiet coming off of this vacation. It was never quiet there.
